Poetry Week Poem Rose
The elephant is a grey stormy night
Grey torrential clouds are her thick leather skin
Lightning bolts are her tremendously long trunk
Rain is her dreaded enemy bucketing down
Her sparkling eyes are he fragile stars hiding be hind the monster like clouds
Leather skin as rough as rocks
Thunderous feet are like the hulk booming down on the city
I like this poem because it is descriptive and has interesting words
