Cross Country

On the 26 of August 2017 all the 9-11 year olds walked down to Minogue park on a hot day for Cross Country.
Cross Country was a very challenging thing running up steep hills  and facing muddy puddles. But it was even better coming first in the 11 year old girls and coming third out of the 11 year old boys and girls. What a great day we all had and I hope you liked Cross Country too because I loved it so much. By Ashley-Jade Rm15

Fence painting

On Tuesday 22 August 2017 all the year 6 students started painting their fence art on a long wooden fence post. At first there was challenges like what colors to use and what to make your character wear but it all came together. Fence painting was so cool i loved it and this is the memory that Vardon School will remember me by. What an experience to have! Keep an eye out for these fence posts on the school field. They will be up in the next few weeks.

Tiger

The jungle is a stealth tiger .On the tiger he has hot red flaming strips. The tiger eyes are like hot red chills. The tiger hunts through the misty night. As his viscous teeth crunch through the bloody MooseThe tiger creeps as fast as the swift wind.

I like this poem because its about your dog loving you .

The tiger hunts through the misty night.
As his viscous teeth crunch through the bloody Moose
The tiger creeps as fast as the swift wind.
