Here are some of our completed deskmats. We use these for pressing boards if we are working on the mat or when we are colouring so we don't scribble on our desks.
We were learning about the warm and cool colour families. We used this learning to do the artwork for our deskmats. We had to choose three warm of cool colours to draw our name then choose the opposite colour family for the background colour.

Every year we do deskmats and we do a diferant one every year aswell.
Deletethe reason why we have deskmats is so we dont get paint stains or color on our desks.

ReplyDeleteMorena (good morning) Mr Millers class. We use our deskmats to protect our desks if we are painting or colouring with pastels. We also use them as pressing boards when we are working on the mat or outside. We will add a photo to this post showing the other side as it has templates to help us with our learning.
